Engineering design

Meaningful and industry-relevant demonstrator geometries are necessary to validate the performance of new process technologies. As such, we equip our demonstrators with challenging chicane features in order to demonstrate new process capabilities and moved process limits.

To devise challenging geometry features, we use our extensive process knowledge; with our powerful simulation models we push them to the feasibility limit and with our partners we bring them into practice.

Research focus
  • Development of meaningful demonstrator geometries
  • Process knowledge
  • Tool concept development
