The trend towards increasing electrification and automation can be felt in mobile machinery such as agricultural, construction, material handling and municipal machines. The focus is on simplifying work processes, increasing efficiency and enhancing comfort. Machine operators are faced with increasingly complex technology that they need to master. Assistance systems take on the task of supporting the operator and relieving them of routine tasks. When using
such technologies, the issue of safety is also of great importance, particularly against the backdrop of increasing legal requirements. In addition to compliance with these legal regulations, such as the new Machinery Directive, the focus is on reliable and robust operation.
