Since the winter semester 23/24, examination registration has been carried out using the form below.

In addition to completing the form, you must also register with CAS or organize an examination admission at the Office of Student Affairs.
Please register with CAS before submitting the form below. If you have a certificate of admission, please send it by e-mail to mobima∂fast.kit.edu immediately after completing the form.

You will receive your examination time by e-mail one week before your examination date. Please bring your student ID with you to the exam.

You can cancel your registration up to one week before the examination date.

Collection of personal data

The following data is collected:
Last name, first name, e-mail address, matriculation number, telephone number (optional), degree program, desired degree, type of examination, examination subject, examination date and type of examination registration.

Purpose of use:
We collect the data for the proper conduct of the examination and to comply with our documentation obligations in accordance with the State Higher Education Act.

Legal basis:
Data processing for the purpose of fulfilling the university's duties in accordance with the State Higher Education Act (LHG)
§ Section 32 LHG (examination administration in conjunction with the respective examination regulations)
