Hybride Verbunde

Hybride Laminate bieten die Möglichkeit die bereits herausragenden mechanischen Eigenschaften von Faserverbunden weiter zu steigern. Beispiele hierfür können die erhöhte Schwingfestigkeit, eine erhöhte Schädigungstoleranz beim Impact oder das maßgeschneiderte Dämpfungsverhalten sein. Um das strukturmechanische Verhalten von hybriden Laminaten und Bauteilen präzise vorherzusagen, nutzen wir nebst geeigneten komplexen Materialmodellen auch eine effiziente Modellierung auf Laminatebene. So kann ein Kompromiss zwischen Prognosegüte und Rechenzeit gefunden werden. Aktuell beschäftigen wir uns insbesondere mit dem optimierten Dämpfungsverhalten von Leichtbaustrukturen durch Elastomerschichten im Laminat.

  • Vorhersage des Vibrationsverhalten von Laminaten mit viskoelastischen Schichten
  • Simulative Abbildung verschiedener Schädigungsarten im Laminat
  • Entwicklung analytischer Ansätze für eine schnelle Analyse unterschiedlicher Laminatkonfigurationen
